Veterans Bridge Home, in partnership with USAA, will host a 9/11 Day of Service-Remembrance-Support on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Freedom Park in Charlotte, NC. The event will run from 8:00 AM to 2:00+ PM, followed by an optional networking social.

This gathering honors the memory of 9/11 through collaborative community service and meaningful engagement among Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) from leading regional employers.

Join Veterans Bridge Home and veterans from across the Charlotte area for the fourth annual Carolinas Veterans Day Festival on Saturday, November 8 at Romare Bearden Park in Uptown Charlotte. The festival follows the Veterans Day Parade and will open at 11am and conclude by 3pm. There will be live music, free lunch (while supplies last), bounce houses for the kids, tables from local nonprofit and corporate veterans’ groups, military vehicle displays, and a community awards presentation.

You do not have to have served in the military to come and enjoy the festivities, so please bring your families, invite your friends, and help us celebrate the service of our fellow veterans!
