Who We Are
Veterans Bridge Home is a 501(c)(3) that helps Veterans in the Carolinas successfully transition after military service by identifying their education, employment and healthcare needs and connecting them to available community, state, and federal resources.
What We Do
The VBH South Carolina Market is comprised of the Midlands and the Pee Dee regions of the state and covers 23 counties. Per the U.S. Census, there are over 350,000 veterans living in South Carolina not including family members. Veterans represent an opportunity to keep South Carolina a great place to live for all of its citizens. We leverage technology as well as personal interaction to connect Veterans and or their families with resources to ensure they thrive!
