Join Veterans Bridge Home for free mindful resilience classes, a powerful partnership with Veterans Yoga Project. Led by combat veteran and Yoga Alliance registered teacher, Rick Rowan, these sessions offer:

  • What: Breathing, Meditation, Mindful Movement, Guided Rest, and Gratitude
  • When: Wednesday evenings at 5:30 pm
