Join Jacob Burns, fitness coach with over 20 years of experience working with a vast array of athletes of all statures. He comes from a military family, his father a Ranger in Vietnam and his brother is a Marine of the 1st Marine Recon.
Join him and other Veterans, Service Members and any family members for an hour of fitness and camaraderie. Class structure will be 10-15min of warmup/meet and greet, 10-15min of strength/general movement pattern learning, 10-15min of conditioning, 10-15min of cool down. All classes will be fluid and subject to change.
What to bring: Water, athletic shoes/comfortable clothing, willingness to work hard within yourself.
