EVENT TIMELINE
3:45 pm Panthers CR Staff arrive at South Lawn Village
4:00 pm VBH Volunteers Arrive
Park at Lot 1
Arrive at South Lawn Village by entering East Gate entrance
4:15 Panthers staff and volunteers unload supplies from Ticket Office
Volunteers cover bike racks with Play 60 Covers and Atrium Covers (alternate blue and black covers, Atrium around center area)
Set up waiver table
Set up signs for stations
5:00 pm Inflatables are explained and roles are assigned to volunteers (Bart)
5:30 pm Play 60 Kids Combine opens
7:00 pm Play 60 Kids Combine closes
Volunteers assist with breakdown and placing supplies back in Ticket Office
Take down bike rack covers and fold and place in bins
Collect and fold table covers from waiver and DJ tables
Collect waivers
7:30 pm Volunteers free to go
