The Play 60 Kids Combine (Panthers in the Park) at Bank of America Stadium is a fun, family friendly volunteer event. The last opportunity of the season is Sunday, December 26th.
Parking: parking will be at Legacy Union deck located at 720 S Church St. Charlotte, NC 28202—teal square on map. If you need a parking pass, please let me know and I will email you a virtual pass. You do not need to download the app, just click the link that says “View pass on ParkWhiz.com.” We have a limited number of parking passes so please try to carpool or find other means of transportation if you can.
Entrance: You will enter via the East Gate located directly across from the parking deck—blue circle on map
Meeting Point: We will meet at the Kids Combine located at South Lawn Village – red triangle on the map
Attire: Athletic wear with VBH volunteer shirt (will receive when you get there). If you already have the white Kids Combine shirt, please wear.

EVENT TIMELINE
9:45 AM Panthers CR Staff arrive at South Lawn Village
VBH Volunteers Park at Legacy Union deck (please allow time for parking garage traffic)
10:00 AM VBH Volunteers Arrive at South Lawn Village
10:15 AM Panthers staff and volunteers unload supplies from Ticket Office
Volunteers cover bike racks with Play 60 Covers and Atrium Covers (alternate blue and black covers, Atrium around center area)
Set up waiver table
Set up signs for stations
10:45 AM Inflatables are explained, and roles are assigned to volunteers (Bart)
11:00 AM Play 60 Kids Combine opens
12:30 PM Play 60 Kids Combine closes
Volunteers assist with breakdown and placing supplies back in Ticket Office
Take down bike rack covers and fold and place in bins
Collect and fold table covers from waiver and DJ tables
Collect waivers
1:00 PM Volunteers free to go
