Want FREE tickets to a Charlotte FC game?
The Charlotte FC is looking for volunteers to handout gameday giveaways for the match next Wednesday, August 3. They need 15-20 volunteers, who can arrive around 4:30pm for the 7:00pm match. Tickets to the match will be provided after the items are given out and before the match starts, giving volunteers most/all of the match to enjoy.

What to Know Before Arrival
- Please wear your organization’s apparel, Charlotte FC apparel, Adidas, or non-branded clothing. Do not wear apparel from any other sports team
- You will be standing/walking for up to 3 hours – wear comfortable shoes
- Arrive at the North gate off South Graham Street at 4:30PM
- Jack and Sam will meet you at the base of the Panther statue on the left of the gate as you are looking at the stadium.
- You will go through security – all items/bags must meet stadium security policy standards.
- Be prepared to set up tables and giveaways at each gate upon arrival
- Each gate will be assigned a gate leader to assume primary responsibility at the gate
During Giveaway
- All giveaways are ONE (1) per person unless otherwise stated
- Giveaways will be kept at/near tables at each gate
- Remain behind/near tables – never on the street - to allow guests to flow to you and to not create a backup upon entry
- CLTFC staff will share stations upon arrival to each gate
- Always have at least one person stationed at each giveaway table to ensure giveaways are one per person.
- Do not accept bribes from fans for additional items.
- Do not provide items for guests coming later/behind them/couldn’t make it to the match.
- Giveaways are limited to ONE per person, and once they run out, they are gone.
- Let CLTFC staff know if you run out of giveaways so we can reallocate items
Once All Giveaways Are Gone, or 15 Minutes into the Match (Whichever Comes First)
- Prior to breakdown – alert CLTFC Staff when you are out of giveaways (if that occurs).
- Once confirmed by staff, break down tables and set inside the stadium on the wall to the left of the gate.
- Return remaining giveaway items/tablecloths/miscellaneous items used for distribution to the North Guest Relations booth (located inside the stadium next to the north gate).
- Alert CLTFC staff that everything is stored in the North Guest Relations booth once all gates are cleared.
- Check in with Jack/Sam prior to heading to your seats.
