28-30 volunteers on race day. They will be arriving between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM. Critical course monitor needs and locations are already set and will be assigned to your volunteers’ race morning.
Registration & Packet Pickup
4 volunteers
Registration & packet pick up volunteers should arrive at the Packet Pickup tent at 6:00 AM. They should be finished at approximately 8:00 AM.
Water Stop #1
4 volunteers
Located on Severn Avenue, near mile 1.5 on the course.
Water stop volunteers should arrive at 7:00 AM. Volunteers will report directly to water stop and text the volunteer coordinator upon arrival. Water stop equipment will be dropped at assigned location.
Course Monitors
14 volunteers
Course monitor volunteers should report to the Packet Pickup tent at 7:00 AM. They should finish approximately between 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM depending on where they’re stationed.
